SHIPPING & rEFUNDS

We offer free international shipping, which will reach you within 2 weeks. In the event that you would like to receive your shoes faster, we offer express shipping. which will reach you within 1 week, for an extra 30$.

Depending on the country you live in, some of the shipping lines we use will not update until the package has reached your country, so instances of 1 week passing without any shipping updates are fairly normal. Please contact us regarding any questions you may have about shipping times.

Return & Exchange Policy

Some cases where you are entitled to a refund after arrival include:

  • A mistake found on the shoe that was not shown in the video

  • The shoe does not match the video provided

  • We sent you the wrong shoe size.

If any of the following applies to you, then you are not entitled to a refund:

  • You filed a charge back without our consent

  • The shoe size you ordered does not fit

  • You gave us the wrong location

  • When your package arrived, you threw away some accessories.

If you gave us the wrong location before, but asked us to correct it before it was shipped out and we didn't, then you are entitled to a refund. If you are facing a unique issue that is not listed here, then talk with us and we will come to a fair conclusion. Good judgement and common sense is expected from both parties. If we accept your refund, then you will ship the shoes to the given PO box, and we will process your refund/exchange when the shoes arrive.
